Jewellery should always be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a lined jewellery box or a tarnish-resistant pouch. It can also be stored in a plastic zip-lock bag. Never use vinyl or rubber bags. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom as steam will affect your pieces.
Please note that our AyeshaM gift boxes are not made for long-term storage as these are not airtight and tarnishing will occur over time. An Annual Service is recommended as Gold and silver are soft metals and become worn with use.
This is true for all genuine jewellery. Depending on the degree of use, it is recommended that your jewellery be inspected at least once a year by a goldsmith. In particular, it is important that clasps, mounts, and soldering are checked and redone if necessary.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 10 business days pending availability and credit verification.
Orders placed on Friday after will begin processing on the following Monday. All personalized orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. Ayesha M Jewelry will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Each style has a different shipping time frame. You can find the lead time on the page of the item you are ordering. All personalized items can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. We try our best to get everything out as fast as we can!

- Delivery Cost is 200 ZAR Nationwide
- For orders over 1800 ZAR delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
- Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
- Once your order is ready shipping typically takes 2-3 days in South Africa following dispatch. For outlying areas, it may take 5-7 days.
- We use a uAfrica and associated couriers for door-to-door courier service, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays to receive shipment.

- We currently do not ship out of South Africa, please keep an eye on our social channels for the latest updates.
INSURANCE
At AyeshaM we endeavour to provide the best customer service possible which is why we have partnered with industry leaders to ensure that your goods arive safely. uAfrica has compiled a document for each courier, containing need-to-know information in relation to their policies for insurance, as well as the processes to be followed for insuring your goods and/or processes to be followed should you need to claim under any policy of insurance. This document is merely provided by uAfrica as a means to give clarity on the processes relating to the Courier’s policies of insurance. However, whilst uAfrica endeavours to ensure that the information contained therein is accurate, correct and up to date, uAfrica does not warrant, hold out or in any way represent this to be the case.

Important to note
Day-to-day life happens. Kids, gym, DIY, cooking, contact with hard surfaces i.e.: kitchen top, door handles etc. – you know the deal.
We would like to keep our selection of Demi fine-ready pieces timeless and elegant. Thus pieces are dainty and should be owned and worn with caution.
While it’s possible to have a piece returned to us so that its original finish can be restored.
This will charged according to the warranty period and it is important to note.
There is *no warranty on sterling silver and 14ct plated pieces.

- Fine and sterling silver: No warranty
- Gold Vermeil: 6 months from the date of original purchase
- 9ct and 18ct Solid Gold: 1 year from the date of original purchase
Simply send your jewellery back to us and we’ll give it a thorough clean and polish, and check everything is in order.
We can quote you on the cost of re-doing the finish.
Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship are unique and individual to each item.
Some examples of common jewellery issues.
- Dents, knicks and scratches are inevitable as well and differently aligned stones are not considered a defect.
- Stones set
- Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing. General day-to-day as above.
- Loss of earring backing
- Loss of the whole earring
- Breakage due to catching on clothing, blankets or other objects
- Tangles or knots due to improper storage of jewellery that may cause breakage
- Mini M pieces are worn by babies and toddlers. Tugging, shaking, lotion, oil etc. cause loosening, discolouration and thinning of metals, cotton and stones.
