Jewellery should always be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a lined jewellery box or a tarnish-resistant pouch. It can also be stored in a plastic zip-lock bag. Never use vinyl or rubber bags. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom as steam will affect your pieces.
Please note that our AyeshaM gift boxes are not made for long-term storage as these are not airtight and tarnishing will occur over time. An Annual Service is recommended as Gold and silver are soft metals and become worn with use.
This is true for all genuine jewellery. Depending on the degree of use, it is recommended that your jewellery be inspected at least once a year by a goldsmith. In particular, it is important that clasps, mounts, and soldering are checked and redone if necessary.

Day-to-day life happens. Kids, gym, DIY, cooking, contact with hard surfaces i.e.: kitchen top, door handles etc. – you know the deal.
We would like to keep our selection of Demi fine-ready pieces timeless and elegant. Thus pieces are dainty and should be owned and worn with caution.
While it’s possible to have a piece returned to us so that its original finish can be restored.
This will charged according to the warranty period and it is important to note.
There is *no warranty on sterling silver and 14ct plated pieces.

Simply send your jewellery back to us and we’ll give it a thorough clean and polish, and check everything is in order.
We can quote you on the cost of re-doing the finish.
Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship are unique and individual to each item.
